helpful staff free upgrade panoramic view friendly reception
i found the reception staff helpful and friendly. they assisted with directions and provided useful local tips. i received a complimentary room upgrade to a standard bedroom on the second floor, this was a very nice surprise. the rooftop view offered amazing panoramic scenes of the area.
the economy bedroom i initially booked was quite small and basic.

the hotel enjoys a very central location , offering convenient access to many attractions. it is very close to the galata tower , only a few minutes walk. i found many restaurants nearby , very active day and night.

the staff consistently greeted me with a smile , very cute. they promptly addressed my questions and offered suggestions for local experiences. i found them to be genuinely helpful and attentive .

cold room hair on bedsheets
The rooftop view was nice. The location was also convenient.
The room was far from super clean. The bedsheets had some hair on them. The water didn't get very warm. The room remained quite cold even with the heating system on during winter. I had to spend the first night underprepared for the weather.

the staff was helpful. they provided directions to nearby transport zones. the hotel roof has a amazing view.
the cleanliness was not the best. i noticed hairs in the bed. also, there were crumbs on the floor.

I found the hotel to be clean and well maintained. The staff provided excellent service. The location proved convenient for accessing attractions and transport. I found the rooftop views magnificent.
The shower head was loose. This caused water to spray everywhere. Water flooded the floor.

The location was very convenient for exploring the city. the rooftop terrace offered a great view. i found a weighing scale at the reception. It was very useful.

Really good location near Galata Tower

convenient location fine views helpful staff
I found the hotel convenient. I walked easily to the Galata Tower and nearby restaurants. The rooftop terrace offered fine panoramic views. I especially appreciated this feature. The staff provided helpful suggestions for local dining and transport, WHICH added value to my trip.
I noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom fixtures.
